Refund Policy

Eligibility
If your DAZN Total order cannot be delivered or does not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a replacement or refund.
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@dztotal.store with your order reference and a description of the issue.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for plans that have been activated and used as described, or for changes in sports content decided by the streaming provider.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued through the original checkout partner and payment method.
