## Eligibility

If your DAZN Total order cannot be delivered or does not work as described and we cannot fix it, contact us within 48 hours of purchase to request a replacement or refund.

Message us on WhatsApp or email [support@dztotal.store](mailto:support@dztotal.store) with your order reference and a description of the issue.

## Exclusions

Refunds are not available for plans that have been activated and used as described, or for changes in sports content decided by the streaming provider.

## Processing

Approved refunds are issued through the original checkout partner and payment method.
